FAQ

We suggest that every patron of the Tall Tree Lake Music Festival read the Frequently Asked Questions below to familiarize themselves with the event.

Is camping included in the price of the ticket?
Yes, camping for both Friday and Saturday nights are included with your weekend pass.

Can we leave the festival grounds and re-enter?
Yes, but you will need to go through the main entrance and will be subject to a vehicle search each time you leave and return.

What will the camping situation be like?
This year camping will be next to your car. Each car will be given a 10 x 10 foot space to set up a campsite. All campsites will be on a first come, first serve basis.

When can we enter the festival grounds?
You will be able to enter the grounds starting at 8 am on Friday morning. However, we will be hosting a pre-party on Thursday night. Tickets are $10 per person and will be available at the gate only. If you purchase a ticket to the pre-party then you will be able to enter the festival grounds starting at noon on Thursday.

What will be available on site?
We will be providing free potable water for your personal use. There will also be a general store selling items you may have forgotten at home. Vendors will be selling a variety of reasonably priced foods, beverages and snacks. Arts and craft vendors will be present as well. We do NOT anticipate having an ATM on site so you will need to bring enough money to last the entire weekend.

What will we be allowed to bring into the campgrounds?
You can bring your own food and drinks into the camp ground areas. Kegs are prohibited. Fires must be contained in a small grill or other device. No open fires. This policy will be strictly enforced. Acoustic music is welcome in the campgrounds so be sure to bring your instrument.

Will emergency services be present on site?
There will be SAFETY officers on call 24 hours a day should an emergency arise. They will be identifiable by a green shirt with the word 'SAFETY' written clearly on the back. If for some reason you are unable to locate a SAFETY officer then please find any staff member. The first aid tent will be located next to the general store.

What kind of special needs facilities will you be providing?
There will be a designated parking and camping area for people with special accessibility needs. You must have an official handicapped parking placard or plate for your vehicle if you need to use this area. There will also be accessible restroom facilities. There are no stairs or other barriers to entering the concert grounds, so they will be entirely accessible.

How do I contact the festival with questions, etc.?
Please send all questions to info@talltreelakefestival.com.

Is there cell phone service available at Tall Tree Lake?
There are some mobile phone providers that service the area but service can be spotty. Be sure to let someone know where you plan to spend the weekend.

Are RV's allowed at Tall Tree Lake?
RV's are welcome at Tall Tree Lake with your paid admission. There will be no hook-ups available, and only small portable generators with a power output of 1.5KW or less will be allowed. You will be directed to a special RV camping area, and while we expect to be able to accommodate all vehicles, the area is on first-come, first-serve basis.

Who do I contact for vendor info?
Please contact vendors@talltreelakefestival.com.

What can I bring into the concert grounds?
The following items will be allowed into the concert: Small non-frame backpacks, low profile lawn chairs, water bottles, blankets, small snacks and empty camelbacks will be allowed into the concert field.

Will we be allowed to leave the concert venue and come back?
Yes, but please keep your ticket with you at all times.

What is the taping policy going to be?
It will vary from band to band. Please check each band's website for their taping policy. Video recording is prohibited.

Will cameras be allowed in the concert (venue) area?
Small or one-time use cameras will be allowed. Professional cameras (those with a detachable zoom lens) will NOT be allowed unless you have a photo pass.

Can I bring my kids? Do they have to pay?
Children are welcome at this event. Children under 12 will be admitted free when accompanied by a parent or guardian who has a weekend pass. Children 12 and over will be charged regular admission price and will be required to have a valid ticket for entry. If they look old for their age, please bring some sort of documentation.
